Cancellation Policy
No-Show & Cancellation Policy At Body Radiance MedSpa, we value your time and ours. In order to provide every client with the highest quality care and to ensure availability for all, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: Appointment Cancellation We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. • For appointments requiring a deposit (such as injectables or body contouring services), the deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is not canceled within 24 hours. No-Show Policy A “No-Show” is defined as a missed appointment without any prior notice. • Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged a $50no-show fee. • Repeat no-shows (2 or more) may require prepayment in full for future bookings or may result in dismissal from the practice. Late Arrivals Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your service and it may be treated as a no-show, depending on the service booked and provider availability.
